Under Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), any person may submit a notice to PullPilot if they believe content on our platform is illegal. We will review all notices promptly and provide a statement of reasons for any moderation decision.
You do not need to create an account or identify yourself to submit a notice — anonymous submissions are permitted under the DSA. However, providing contact details allows us to respond to you directly and send a statement of reasons.
Deliberately submitting false or misleading notices may result in liability under applicable law.

When we moderate content in response to a notice, we will notify the person who submitted the content (where contact information is available) explaining:
If you submitted your notice with a contact email, we will also send you a confirmation that we received the notice and notify you of the outcome.
We aim to review all notices within 5 business days. For particularly serious categories (CSAM, terrorist content) we act immediately and without delay in accordance with applicable law.

Notices that are clearly unfounded, vexatious, or submitted in bad faith may result in restrictions on future notice submissions from the same contact.
