Accessibility Statement

1. Our Commitment

ChienTech ("PullPilot", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to ensuring that our application — including the iOS and Android mobile apps, web PWA, and Chrome browser extension — is accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, which is also incorporated by reference into the European standard EN 301 549.

We continually evaluate and improve the accessibility of our products and welcome feedback from users who experience barriers.

2. Conformance Status

PullPilot is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA (EN 301 549). "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. A formal accessibility audit is currently in progress, and we are actively remediating identified issues.

We target full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance and will update this statement as issues are resolved.

3. Known Limitations

While we work toward full conformance, the following limitations are currently known:

• Dynamic content ARIA labels: Some older screens may not have fully descriptive ARIA labels for dynamic content such as live feed updates, toast notifications, or modal dialogs. This can reduce clarity for screen reader users.
• Data exports: PDF or downloaded data exports (e.g. report summaries) may not be fully accessible to screen reader users, as these documents are currently generated without tagged PDF structure.
• Data visualisations: Some interactive charts or data visualisations (e.g. leaderboard graphs, scan statistics) may lack adequate text alternatives or keyboard-accessible equivalents.

We are prioritising remediation of these limitations. If you encounter an issue not listed here, please contact us using the details in Section 5.

4. Technical Approach

PullPilot uses the following technologies that we rely on for conformance:

• HTML5 semantic elements and ARIA landmarks
• React with accessible component patterns (focus management, keyboard navigation)
• Sufficient colour contrast ratios per WCAG 2.1 criterion 1.4.3 (minimum 4.5:1 for body text)
• Touch targets of at least 44 × 44 CSS pixels on mobile interfaces
• Alternative text on all meaningful images

6. Regulatory Context

EU Users — European Accessibility Act (EAA)

For users in the European Union: the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), which entered into force on 28 June 2025, requires certain e-commerce services targeting EU consumers to meet accessibility requirements aligned with EN 301 549 (which references WCAG 2.1 AA). PullPilot's subscription checkout and associated digital service fall within scope of this directive. We are actively working to achieve and document full conformance.

If you are an EU resident and believe your accessibility rights have not been respected, you may contact the relevant national market surveillance authority in your Member State.

US Users — ADA Title III

For users in the United States: PullPilot considers the accessibility of its web and mobile application to be subject to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title III, which covers places of public accommodation including websites and apps offered to the general public. We target WCAG 2.1 AA as the technical standard for ADA compliance purposes.

7. Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, you may refer the matter to the relevant supervisory authority in your jurisdiction:

• EU: Contact the national enforcement body designated under Article 26 of Directive (EU) 2019/882 in your Member State.
• US: The U.S. Department of Justice (ADA) or the U.S. Access Board may be contacted for matters relating to digital accessibility.
